Some of the rules may sound stiff but please it is fun and clean, clean!

Regarding the interviews for my weekly television shows on Time-Warner and Cox, Public access, which I have done hundreds of them over the past 20 years, I do numerous in-studio productions but the interviews are on other sites. I now keep interviews simple. Real simple. With the new technology on a camcorder I do interviews any where, any time, except at night. We do make some exceptions. I don't want to lug studio equipment or crews. The shows are 28:30 minute runs, with any background and no breaks. I can edit and correct anything but rather not spend the time. The more natural the environment the better.

Also, since I don't want to lug a crew, the person being interviewed has to bring a bright articulate friend, under my direction, for my camera. I guarantee these are fun interviews and the audiences love them. You will have to sign a standard Time-Warner & Cox, Talent Release Form for airing from the studio station. Only material for all ages. Ted Borgeas reserves the right to reject and edit anything and everything. No guarantee is made or implied that you will be aired.

My time is very limited and each scheduled interview must be set with me at least one month or more in advance. Time, weather and content permitting. Please don't plan and make long travel trips, sometimes I have to cancel. But if you're visiting or at a meeting in the San Diego area, why not? Los Angeles is only 2-3 hours away from San Diego. Exceptions can be made. My time is so limited for the interviews,  I can't travel out of downtown San Diego, which offers great backgrounds.

Since I can't read all the books or material of authors, celebrities or anybody,  I only need, on white paper 8.5 x 11, Arial font, size14, a one paragraph summary of the book or subject, double spaced for all communications, 20 lines +-, also the same about the author or person being interviewed, with 20 written questions and brief, 5-10 lines of proposed answers, so the author or person being interviewed, is never put on a spot.  I really like to delve into the author's or person's personality and background, which I often find more interesting than their books, subjects or movies. The answers, to their own questions should be about 10 lines or less each, which will allow me to lead into the next question. Depending on the author or person being interviewed, we may only cover 5-8 fun questions. You must send the information 2 weeks before the scheduled interview, and call or email to make sure I received it. If I don't have this information, please don't come..

Besides this way we don't need to rehearse. My name, email and phone are on the Television screen throughout the show but this is not a call in show, during show time, only after the airing. We do not offer any products for sale on the show. The audiences have to contact me. If the author wants a 1/2 video or CD, which they can duplicate for their own promotion, since I don't have time, I'll direct them to a person or company who can provide and charge for that service.

Titles for my shows vary considerably. For instance: "Grandpa is a Giggle"TM, "Grandma is a Giggle"TM, "Passionately Curious"TM, "Living In An Attitude"TM It's Magic! "Millionaire of Creativity"TM, most titles are from my books and any other I titles choose.

"Grandpa is a Giggle"TM & “Grandma is a Giggle”TM are real fun stories on how to turn Adversities into Adventures. Outrageous Characters and bedtime stories for kids of all ages, including the grown up ones. Ted is a 75-year-old retired Foot Surgeon-Podiatrist, with a history of Cancer, but lots of talents, so he piggybacked his valued talents and built his own Empire. Ted, is a fun master of re-engineering and piggybacking careers and attitudes to success. At Any Age!
